PHYSICAL ITEMS:
All items are shipped with a tracking number. Please be patient as shipping delays are common but if you notice oddities in your tracking information or if your item has not been delivered a week after it was intended then please contact me directly.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:
If you have purchased a crochet pattern you should receive a download link automatically e-mailed to you. All downloads are PDFs. Contact me if you have difficulties with your download.

All digital downloads are final sale. Unfortunately I cannot give refunds for any crochet patterns.
PHYSICAL ITEMS:
Since my items are on a made to order basis I cannot except refunds or exchanges. Though if you have any questions or concerns please contact me at brookesimaginings@gmail.com and we can discuss resolutions.
