-Worsted weight yarn in whichever color combinations you would like (basic colors, red, green, off white and white) Thicker, more rigid worsted weight yarn creates a sturdier bag.
-Button with 2 holes for drawstring
-4.00 mm hook
-Scissors
-Tapestry needle

The pattern is great, very good explanations and the accompanying pictures are very useful. I wanted my bag a bit larger so maybe instructions that focused on size ratios would also be very useful.

I bought the mushroom and strawberry purse patterns. I followed the patterns true, with the exception of making the straps adjustable. Both purses turned out FANTASTIC!
